Managing all the operations of the University, with focus on Finance and HR functions, and strategic development. Full P&L and operational responsibility of an institution with 4’000+ students, 1000+ academic staff, 260 administrative staff, 4 campuses and budget of more than 100 M CHF.

Responsible for the strategic development of the Puig travel retail business in Europe, Middle East and Africa.Mission: Propose and execute strategic plans that would maximize business opportunities, growth, profitability, and long-term value of the Puig portfolio of brands. Structure, manage, coach, and motivate a very diverse team. Develop relationships and alliances with Key Accounts for joint business planning and brand building initiatives.Scope: Sell-out > 500M€ with over 150 direct and distribution accounts and more than 1500 stores across Europe, Middle East and Africa within the various channels of TR (airports, airlines, borders, cruise liners and ferries, diplomatic and military, …). Team of 40 “office staff” (commercial, marketing, customer development, retail, controlling) based in Switzerland and 8 office staff based in Dubai, as well as 300+ Beauty Advisors (sales force in points of sales) and 12 Field Supervisors. Full P&L responsibility. The Middle East region (sell-out > 50M€ - 100+ stores – 100+ Beauty Advisors) was integrated withing the new EMEA region following a restructuring that I managed in 2020.

Global Key Account responsibility for the main customers of the Business Unit (Dufry, Gebr. Heinemann, Lagardère and DFS key accounts).Mission: Support the Global Travel Retail Vice President in defining and implementing relevant strategies, processes, and organizations across subsidiaries in alignment with the corporate strategy. Help the subsidiaries to develop the business in terms of revenues, profit, market share and other internal relevant indicators. Develop the strategic partnership with global Key Accounts.Scope: Global. Managing and coordinating top five accounts of the division across all the regions

Managing the following regions and Key Accounts: – Gebr. Heinemann (biggest account for Coty in Travel Retail Europe) – Russia CIS and Turkey (various operators) Key responsibilities: Strategy, Profit and Loss, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Promotional Events Planning and Management, Customer Relationship, Terms & Conditions Negotiation, Operational Issues, Sales Force Animation, Space Negotiation.
