• Setting up of Hotel Social Media platforms (Blog, Facebook Page, Twitter, BBM Channels)• Creating customized staff e-mail accounts through company C-Panel• Designing Adverts and Posting on Social Media Platforms for promotions• Handles online advertisement and Marketing of the Hotel• Follow up on requests and inquiries on the Social Media Platform and forward them to the appropriate department.• Scanning and uploading of event Pictures to the social platforms• Sending of Bulk SMS Campaigns• Compile report for management assessments
