Within 6 months of launching, successfully activated easyBills Aggregator (EBA) for merchants in the retail, financial services, and e-commerce segments. Increased the number of merchants using EBA by 100% ('21 vs '22) through process improvements, close collaboration with product and technology teams, and by developing a partner ecosystem.- Spearheaded the launch of the EBA master agent model in the region, serving as a template for other markets.- Achieved a 133% increase in the number of EBA and Payout partners by developing relationships with new partners and leading commercial and technical discussions.- Activated 2C2P's disbursement solution for a top airline company.- Created centralized product knowledge libraries for the benefit of sales and internal teams, gathering information from multiple departments to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
