I hold certifications in ITIL v4 and ServiceNow IT Leadership, and I have extensive knowledge and experience in Office 365 administration, system administration, and IT project management. As the IT Operations Manager and DPO, I oversee the IT infrastructure, security, and compliance of Planate across multiple locations and projects, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services and solutions to our clients and staff. I also partner with various stakeholders and vendors to optimize IT processes, policies, and systems, and to implement best practices and standards.
