As a Migration Lead I perform the following responsibilities: Ensure the smooth and successful migration of the tools specific to the account to manage SRM related requests. As regards decision-making, a hands-on approach, which demonstrates a level of maturity and independence from the general guidance of the Project Manager, is expected. Required to absorb, understand and assimilate information promptly and be able to assist and lead SRM in Scope activities for migration to HP's new Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Toolsets. Additional key duties include:• Lead migration of SRM tool data and processes from one system to another.• Lead migration of all SRM tool capabilities• Act as the team authority on your tool technology and interact with other team members as the point of contact in SRM capabilities while displaying subject matter expertise.• Manage team workload and skill sets. The ML should manage the DA and PA workload.• Handle responsibility to deliver results on project tasks.• Report on project task status.Roles and Responsibilities for the Operational Team Lead are as follows:• Provide guidance on collateral created by Core Team and ensure that core team methodologies are understood and adhered closely.• Initial Core Team member question/issue screening for initial discussion and resolution – If further discussion and/or resolution is needed, Core Team will be engaged.• Provide guidance to Management on resource availability and allocation, resource growth opportunities, and overall account assignments.• Act as Subject Matter Expert to team members regarding general account migration-related questions to help lessen existing responsibilities of Management and Core Team members.• Track progress of team member OJT including identification of additional training and cross-training opportunities.• Track time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage of the workload

Managed key day-to-day responsibilities including, but not limited to service level metrics and reports for EDS OnStar Team accounts, Availability Management for Global Service Centers 19, 20 & 26, Global Visualization, Report Manager Account Representative, Account Metrics SME, Contract SME, Training Coordinator, with some Problem Management experience and GSC ASFO SM Consolidation Representative.Interacted effectively with many levels of EDS and GM OnStar Management to facilitate analysis, definition, and implementation of business metrics.
