I have been with what is now Automation Solutions, a RegalRexnord company, for over Thirty-three years most of which have been in the Application Engineering Department.As Application Engineering Manager at A&B Engineering Services LLC I have implemented several continuous improvement procedures to maximize throughput of the department. Before moving to the Application Engineering Department, I started at Busse Brothers as a machine operator where I worked for approximately three years. During those years I was instrumental in implementing several new procedures, tools, and practices; some of which are still in use today. Before coming to Busse, I worked with my family in a small family business where I held numerous responsibilities such as salesperson, plant manager and truck dispatcher.Specialties: - Solid management experience.
