De Autostomerij offers mobile, and ecological car cleaning for both businesses and individuals.Amongst my tasks as COO were: concept development, translating the core business to a franchise, product presentation, pricing, communication and company strategy were under my supervision. I managed 5 employees and 45 franchisees.Achievement:Growth of the franchie formula from 0 to 45 locations, ranking #2 of the fastest growing formulas of 2011 in the Netherlands.

As exclusive distributor of the Optima Steamer in the Benelux, Steam Supply created the fundamentsfor steam car cleaning in Europe. My tasks included: concept development, product presentation, pricing, communication, graphic and web design, creating the company strategy, and sales pitching to potential buyers.Achievement:In 2.5 years, ca. 400 machines were sold, resulting in a turnover of 1.5 million euros.
