• Serves as Strategic Intelligence, Joint Research and Reporting (JRR) assistant team leader in a Ground Intelligence Detachment that produces all source, multidisciplinary and trans-regional intelligence products in support of the U.S. Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) National Capitol Region (NCR) at Fort Meade, MD. Researches, analyzes, integrates, and processes information and intelligence regarding functional and regional areas, to include foreign ground forces, in order to produce comprehensive intelligence products in direct support to NGIC's Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP). Assists JRR team leader in planning, managing, and supporting the production of five MI soldiers.

• Serves as the G2 Operations Officer responsible for budget planning execution, and time and attendance. Reviews internal and external orders and guidance for applicability to USACE G2 and recommends actions to ensure compliance. Maintains G2 property book and assist the G2 with coordinating, synchronizing, and prioritizing division operations. • Serves as the USACE Foreign Disclosure Officer and the single point of contact for USACE disclosure determinations, ensuring coordination and uniform application throughout all USACE Divisions, subordinate elements and Department of Army G2. • Manages the USACE Foreign Visit Program. Handles complex visit requests, ensuring that the scope of visit and disclosure of information is consistent with bilateral agreements and national policy. Confers with sponsoring activities to ascertain position, and/or to assist with rendering a decision as to the release of information.• Serves at the primary Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) Data Administrator for the Command. Monitors Headquarters’ and subordinate elements’ compliance with the annual DCIPS cycle to enable the Bonus Group Manager to effectively administer the program.

Performs analysis of friendly vulnerabilities to human, signals and imagery intelligence collection by Foreign Intelligence Services (FIS), put it into products usable at all levels, and recommends countermeasures. • Analyze the multidiscipline intelligence collection threat targeted against friendly forces• Assess opposition intelligence collection threat vulnerabilities and susceptibilities to friendly deception efforts. • Support friendly vulnerability assessment. • Support rear operations by identifying collection threats to rear area units and installations, to include low-level agents responsible for sabotage and subversion. • Nominate targets for exploitation, neutralization, or destruction. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive and current CI database. • Develop, evaluate, and recommend countermeasures to the commander. These countermeasures reduce, eliminate, or take advantage of friendly force vulnerabilities. • Identify information gaps in the form of intelligence requirements and provide requirements to the collection management element. This element will task collection missions to the appropriate supporting MI element or request information from higher echelons.

Developed and presented complex training programs for the Army G-2 Identity Resolution Exploitation Management Services (IREMS) to DoD customers and employees. Gathered, reviewed, and analyzed course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training.• Managed five IREMS training and technical support team members focusing on the development and sustainment of the IREMS program and its program of record• Trained over 300 customers on the IREMS web portal and the use of Biometric Enabled Intelligence (BEI), Document & Media Exploitation (DOMEX), and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) • Implemented over 30 approved revisions to course materials to improve the IREMS training effectiveness

J2 OPERATIONS OFFICER Provide Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and mission support to the Commander of the SOTF and the Joint Operations Center (JOC). Deliver all intelligence functions to the warfighter and serve as a liaison between the JOC and the Intelligence Fusion Cell (IFC). • Published over 120 Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) daily roll-ups by managing the ISR Tactical Controller and monitoring the ISR assets’ intelligence feed via Internet Relay Chat (mIRC)• Battle tracked and produced operation summaries for over 600 combat missions utilizing Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM)• Developed and published Intelligence post-operation reflections for over 13 major operations• Collected, compiled, and published Limited Target Authority (LTA) Pattern of Life (POL) analysis for 18 kinetic strikes. INTELLIGENCE FUSION CELL LEADERManage the Intelligence Fusion Cell’s staff and resources to provide intelligence to Advanced Operational Base (AOB) Commander and ground troops for overall situational awareness on the battlefield. • Supervised 10 Intelligence Analysts focusing on SIGINT, Targeting, Counter-IED, National Geospatial Intelligence, All-Source Intelligence, ISR assets • Provided Ground Force Commanders (GFC) with 50 Intelligence Support Packets (ISP) for Concept of Operation (CONOP) consisting of Target Network Threats, Significant Activity Reports, and ISR allocation• Managed and reviewed the publication of several daily reports: Signal Intelligence Summary, Intelligence Activity Summary, and Production Summary

Coordinated, managed, and executed training requirements for Soldiers and civilians supporting Counterintelligence (CI) and counterespionage investigation and technical CI operations to protect sensitive operational secrets, technologies, and compartmented research programs. Maintained operational support, logistics operation, budget management, and administrative actions for the Cyber CI investigative company. • Improved the Battalion’s enrollment and training status of 300 Soldiers and civilians in the Army NCO Education System and Civilian Education System by 90%. • Managed Battalion’s annual budget of $1.2 million for 150 training requirements or Soldiers and civilian personnel • Conducted monthly inventories and testing on state-of-art equipment to support exploitation and forensic analysis on cyber-attack networks• Managed a company annual budget of $9.1 million while leading five Contract Officer Representatives (COR) in managing annual contracts at $3.9 million.

Managed training and operations for the Army’s only Multi-Component Technical Intelligence Battalion in the Department of Defense. Ensured training is provided to deploy the battalion in support of the Captured Material Exploitation Center (CMEC), and the Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP). Provided the Army, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and other national level agencies with accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence derived from battlefield assessments and collection of captured enemy material, IEDs, and equipment. • Strategically planned and executed a successful Combined Joint Captured Material Exploitation Center (CJCMEC) exercise training over 200 DoD service members, civilians, and allied counterparts from Republic of Korea, Australia, Canada, and Great Britain.• Managed effective communications among four companies, two brigade commands, APG Garrison command, and numerous outside agencies to coordinate training for active and reserve components.• Generated a vital 30-day deployment training program for over 100 Reserve Soldiers mobilizing as Weapons Intelligence Teams (WIT) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).

Managed the readiness of a retransmission team capable of worldwide deployment within 72 hours notification to include three Soldiers and the maintenance and accountability of one retransmission vehicle and associated equipment. Maintained tactical employment and relay of Army Battle Command System (ABCS) equipment consisting of three frequency networks, Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2), Near Term Digital Radio (NTDR), Tactical Satellite Communication (TACSAT), Ultra/Very High Frequency (UHF/VHF and Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS) Network Manager.• Provided long haul satellite communications for four Ground Assault Convoys of over 100 vehicles during Squadron’s displacement from Baghdad to the Diyala Province• Conducted instructional classes to units of over 100 Soldiers on the TACTICOMP battle command communication system designed to provide Voice over IP (VoIP), situational awareness, data reports, instant messaging, and streaming video capability down to squad level. In addition, trained units on the Satellite Command Wide Band on the Move (SATCOM WBOTM) which is a vehicle mounted satellite communications system that enhances the TACTICOMP’s capabilities and allows for direct worldwide communication via satellite phone. • Planned, supervised, and integrated the installation, operation, and maintenance of Combat Net Radio (CNR) to include radio, wire and battlefield automated systems, and Blue Force Tracker (BFT).
