Result: All AT&T states now reference a common/enhanced Facility Viewer.•Automated Dispatch Project. This enhancement improved load effectiveness, eliminating the need to add additional personnel to support the expanding Mobility operation.•Mobile Workforce PC Replacement: Replicate all applications from PC to iPad for 20,000 customer-facing technicians.
