I’ve worked on product development, from gathering requirements to building MVPs. My work includes creating systems with Ruby/Rails, using BDD, integrating APIs like PIX, and developing custom bots for Telegram and WhatsApp. I also managed external integrations and designed cloud-based systems to meet project demands.

Performed system architecture activities to identify pain points, needs, and requirements of clients and team. To address these issues, I planned the implementation of suitable solutions using PHP and cloud technologies like Google Pub/Sub and Kubernetes, as well as database frameworks such as MySQL and Firestore. I also analyzed source code of applications written in PHP, Ruby, and Python to understand business rules and troubleshoot issues. I created auxiliary software in Ruby using Sinatra and Vue to improve internal processes and designed wireframes and prototypes that incorporate UX design heuristics and best practices.

Assisted a leading dental health insurance company in Latin America by providing support for their financial and clinic systems by creating, refactoring, and debugging complex SQL queries for an Oracle database to improve performance, using PL/SQL when necessary; resolving issues identified through source code analysis and other means; supervising interns and reviewed and validated their work; and developing new functionalities for the financial team.

Assisted a leading dental health insurance company in Latin America by providing support for their financial systems by generating reports for the internal team; investigating misbehaviors in the systems by debugging code for Java EE, Java REST and SOAP APIs, as well as Visual Basic and C# Webforms systems; and testing new functionalities and changes to existing ones, acting in the Quality Assurance (QA) role
