I have been working in the field of Capacity Building, Education, Development, Humanitarian Relief and Corporate Management for over 24 years. I have held positions as Head of Departments at Universities and lectured a range of Courses as a visiting lecturer in North America, the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. I have lead societal, community-based projects in rural and urban locations across those continents. I also possess a strong track record in Change Management and am an accomplished Management Executive in corporations and governmental projects with a specialization in operations and leadership in challenging, goal-oriented environments. My expertise lies in managing programs & operations, teams, and processes to propel revenue increases while realizing enhanced organizational success and productivity. From establishing and implementing visionary business strategies to driving employees to achieve peak performance levels by directing strategic enhancements to outperform corporate objectives while communicating openly and productively with staff and management teams. I pride myself in the success of livelihood; socio-economic development & sustainable projects for those in war torn & developing countries. I have worked on Government Funded Capacity Building Projects involving Program Design, Vocational Training, Women Empowerment, Sports, Nutrition & Well-being and Sustainability & Development. I was also the Executive Lead in many of these projects in the MENA Region. I have also played a key role in 3 state-wide outreach, community centre programs targeted at the youth exposed to a life of substance abuse, crime, trafficking, gang memberships, homelessness, abuse and violence in some of the most dangerous neighbourhoods in the State of New York. I strive off of seeing the growth, development and success of individuals, families, communities and countries. A vision without a plan is just a dream; I aim to help make visions become a reality!
