• Responsible of the Personnel department and all its activities in the company including, but not limited to, Personnel, Payroll, Attendance Management, and Medical Insurance.• Dealing with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees.• Responsible of Payroll processing and any compensation activities, ensuring timely reporting and payment of the employees, demonstrating continuous effort in improving the operations.• Dealing with the medical care company to establish medical reports, correspondences, and the addition or removal of employees as well as reviewing and revising invoices in addition to solving any occurring problems.• Responsible of employment procedures for new employees including preparation of employment contracts, renewal and/or termination• Oversee the new hires Induction including Briefing current and new staff about company policies, benefits and all HR matters.• Structuring employees’ files database (manual and electronic) include all necessary officially required papers for each employee• Keeping records of headcount and the monthly updates of all personnel movements• Responsible for the attendance system, Study reports for absenteeism and turnover; and providing appropriate solution• Enrolment in Social Insurance & Form No.2 preparation.• Keeps record of insurance coverage, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.• Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
