With over four years of experience in computational and systems biology, I am a biomedical scientist with expertise in infection biology and a master's degree in the same field from the University of Skövde. I have a strong background in molecular biology, microbiology, bioinformatics, biotechnology, and life science, and I have used various analytical chemistry techniques and bioinformatics tools to study complex biological systems and diseases.Most recently, I worked as a biomedical scientist at Sahlgrenska Academy, where I contributed to a multidisciplinary project on the molecular mechanisms of COVID-19, generating and analyzing omics data from clinical samples and cell cultures. Previously, I was a computational biologist at Genomic Solutions Research, where I developed and optimized novel genomic assays and pipelines for applications such as cancer diagnostics, drug discovery, and microbiome analysis.
