Key Responsibilities:• Meeting with the clients and contractors along with the managers for the projects for tendering and under negotiation.• Preparing quantity take off for the project for the estimation for the tender and job in hand projects.• Allowing for the quotations from the suppliers and negotiating with them for the final pricing.• Preparing the Material submission schedule and submitting it along with the samples to the consultant. • Preparing the Material delivery schedule for the project and ensuring it carried out properly.• Release LPO and coordinating with the accounts department with related to invoices as per the delivery status which are due from the sub-contractor and suppliers.• Inspecting all works and ensuring compliance with engineering standards, authority regulation, project specifications, approved shop drawings and approved method statements.• Coordinate with engineering department to ensure that MEP designs and method statements are feasible on site• Coordinating between QA/QC, construction, and consultant personnel.• Coordinating between MEP construction, and consultant personnel.
