Senior Sales Software Programs as Antivirus ,Backup solutions and Hardware as UTM (firewall)-Develop and manage the Pre-Sales Team. 2- Handling all technical and financial offers when needed and providing tenders. 3- Preparing the monthly and quarterly pipeline report with all the open deals .4-set meetings with customers to present our product 5-Provide deep analysis for customer business requirements and existing infrastructure and be able to identify correct solutions accordingly6-Provide market feedback to product management organization as requested. 7- Saving all customers details by using CRM data base by creating file for each customer and its purchasing details.8-Preparing the sales Reports at the end of each Quarter.9-Follow up the payment and make account statement for reseller outside Egypt.10-Participate in marketing events and trade conferences Interacts with sales, marketing and external customers .11-Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads.12-interacting with Vendor for solving any problems or any requirements for work improvement.13- Solving client problems14- Assist in new comers training &orientation process.
