I was a member of management board. our team was responsible for putting company management hierarchy.we're responsible for team motivation,rewards and punishment.In public seminars departments,i was the head of this department.i was responsible for choosing topics ,dealing with speakers,putting marketing strategy,communicate with team and preparing for seminars day (day organizing,guest and attendances reception &preparing day program)

In marketing department :I was responsible for putting marketing strategy and doing it with marketing team with less cost.In PR department: roles of this department are preparing meetings schedule ,putting courses schedules.
