- Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.- Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.- Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results- Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.- Work as SRM to maintain up to date government certificates for all existing and prospective vendors.- Follow, updates and audit the procurement process as per international standards applied in the company (ISO 9001).- Archiving and organizing documents related to procurement, including purchase orders, quotations from suppliers and others to use for future reference.- Recording and organizing incoming offers and quotations and comparing them, to support the process of awarding suppliers that are best suited for meeting entity best values.- Collaborating with the direct supervisor in prioritizing and scheduling the purchase orders according to their importance to ensure that goods and services are provided in a timely manner.
