Evaluate returned/Decommissioned systems for potential repair, reuse, or recycling and execute approved procedures.- Asset Inventory-Related Services – As part of standard operations, Asset Inventory details will be confirmed and/or updated in the system of record at each Field Services event.- Execution of end-user device Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, and Decommissions in response to assigned Tickets.- Smart Hands – Onsite hands-and-eyes for non-end-User Device support at the assigned location.- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization of all basic and extreme level soft wares and patches.- Project Support - General technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, hands-on support for project work (full office relocation, new office setup, etc.). Service is provided based upon the Request process- Network switches installation to the Racks.- Support the process of network mapping by being involved in the port mapping process.- Support the physical process of hardware migration in the data closets.
