• Establishing and managing the Syrian Civil Society Gateway(https://csgateway.ngo/)• Overall responsibility for the implementation of project activities, ‎ensuring that services are delivered on time, and the budget, ‎regulations, donors, and signed project documents.‎• Anticipate resources needed to achieve objectives, ensure ‎appropriate and efficient use of resources, and ensure that all ‎resources/assets, for the project, are managed following internal ‎control frameworks and donors• Participate in budget preparation based on the scope of work and ‎resource requirements• Provide the team with project updates, periodically and regularly, ‎regarding strategy, changes, and delivery progress.‎• Manage contracts with suppliers and consultants by providing the ‎TORs, the contracting process, and specifying expected ‎deliveries.‎• Monitor work completion and progress, make adjustments as ‎needed, and measure performance to identify areas for ‎improvement and ensure that resources are used efficiently.‎

•Coordinator in the whole project cycle life from the assessment and planning to the implementation up to the closing and evaluation. •Consider the compliance for the donor guidelines regarding the activities and the required documentation and the reports and keeping in touch with and other new guidelines Preparing the required reports (Narrative - RMS -4Ws.) for projects related activities; •Support the team in the implementation of the project during the whole steps Help maintain and strengthen links with related parties and partners, including donors and other NGOs.•Conduct a capacity building to the local staff.

•Designing the budgets for the proposed projects in all sectors: Education, Protection, FSL (15 budgets were designed in last three years)•Ensuring for providing all required accounting records and supporting documentation for all financial transactions are maintained in a systematic order and uploading online (Google, One, Dropbox).•Assist and support the Program team in ensuring that field expenditures meet the donor requirements and remain within the approved plans and budgets•Providing with complete, accurate and timely financial reports, including donor reports where required for all projects implemented in the field office, in all the required formats.•Provide any other additional administrative support to program team and other staff.

•Provides oversight of the recruitment process (from announcement, selection criteria...Up to contracting) •provide a brief for organization's work principles for new staff (working guide - Code of Conduct - Child Protection Policy) •Conducts job analysis upon request •Ensuring accurate and complete recruitment and selection guidelines •Prepare and follow up the monthly required documents (Payslip, payroll, Timesheets). •Follow up all employees' affairs (Leave - records - data ...).

•Monitor the administrative units and the directorates of the province legally and financially.•Verification of complaints filed and processed with an investigation report includes the developments of all complaint’s processors finished solutions.•Present periodic reports on the work of a many of the administration units within the annual work plan.•Achieve monthly and annual goals.
