Managing 2 Field Supervisors-Merchandising and Suppliers servicing; each Supervisor is responsible for a group of branches and a group of merchandisers in terms of merchandising, front store items purchases, marketing tools, deals with suppliers on availability of products, sales targets, business analysis, visibility and extra visibility, rentals, stands, and categorization of each section inside the store..• Responsible for promotional flyers and exclusive offers projects starting from negotiations with suppliers, studying the offers, offers pricing, paid advertisements in the flyer, renting displays for the promotion, quantities purchasing, quantities distributed for each branch, flyer implementation on the system and inside stores (stickers, wobblers, signs etc through assigning teams of supervisors and merchandisers), sales follow up, flyer items purchases and sales analysis.• Responsible for Key accounts (suppliers) follow up to ensure items availability with the best product mix to increase sales and achieve targets, deals negotiations with suppliers on bonuses, rental spaces and stands, and payment facilities.• Branches inventory monitoring and ordering shortages from the company warehouse or from the supplier.• Studying of the market competition regarding prices, special offers.• Categorization to have the best mix which generates the maximum sales and profit per section per branch.• Evaluation of Suppliers marketing plans regarding agreements and following on their application on the branch level.• Direct participation in policies and procedures implementation and computer system modifications regarding inventory control, branches purchases and different system reports.• Performing inspections on branches commitments to SOPs and Quality procedures regarding merchandising and storage procedures which serve the best company image and walk with the company mission.• Employees vacations, transportation and overtime..• Employees' appraisals.
