Having the full responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of Balanced Scorecard project. Responsible for gathering business, sales and after-sales related information, conduct detailed analysis and provide recommendations to maximize productivity, revenues and quality of service for passenger cars sector.Tasks:- Conducts trend analysis and KPI benchmarking of all operations activities.- Analyses Budget distribution versus KPIs.- Tracking business trends and performance through using effective tracking tools and reports (Microsoft Analysis Services, Dashboard Designer).- Design Dashboards showing scorecards for each employee in the sales and after-sales departments.Project Management:- Works closely with IT and Finance Departments for the automation of performance reports (monthly income statements) for each passenger car brand in the group.- Integrate the automated income statements with the scorecards using Microsoft analysis services tool.
