• Scheduling the Entire MEP Project as per the allotted Work.• Reviewing Design specification of Project for MEP.• Reviewing Design drawing for the project.• Coordinating and monitoring the assigned Project.• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices QA/QC policies, standards and specifications.• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide technical support.• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.• Monitoring & Tracking Progress work for all the MEP.• Resolving any issue and clashes occurs with different departments for installation purposes.• Monitoring all system of Mechanical Ventilation and Duct works and progress.• Monitoring all the VRV system installation works and progress.• Monitoring all the Staircase pressurization system works and progress.• Monitoring all the Firefighting system works and progress.• Monitoring all the Fire suppression system works and progress.• Monitoring all the FM-200 system works and progress.• Monitoring Kitchen hood ventilation system works and progress.• Designing of Kitchen hood ventilation system.• Monitoring smoke management system works and progress.• Monitoring all the Plumbing & Drainage system works and progress. • Monitoring all the testing and commissioning of MEP works. • Caring out all the inspection and making it ready for QCDD inspection.• Arranging all the test inspection report for uploading of QCDD files. • Carrying out QCDD inspection.• Arranging all the test report for woqod file.• Carrying out woqod inspection.• Preparing for handing over of the project.

• Ensure that pipe supports hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details.• Monitor the daily construction activities and ensure compliance with the project drawings and specifications.• Having knowledge in ASME, ANSI, API and ASTM, ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC and SAES etc.• Verify that pressure gauges have adequate dial range and are calibrated prior to pressure testing.• Witness Hydro tests, Flushing, Chemical cleaning, Air blowing, checking the calibration of pressure gauges, safety relief valves, line checks repairs. • Ensuring implementation of quality control plan, procedures and Inspection & Test Plan• Verify that the testing pressure does not exceed the allowable test pressure of any equipment in the system. And the required test pressure was maintained for the specified length of time with no acceptable leakage. • Painting and Insulation surveillance for piping and equipment.• Ensure the compliance of safety procedures according to the company and industry standards• Responsibility for monitoring piping construction and fabrication activities insuring quality and taking necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards.• Supervision of piping fabrication, erection, welding, punches listing and hydro testing activities.• Check flow direction arrows on valves; verify that the properly identified valves are installed in accordance with the flow diagram.• Verify that the testing pressure does not exceed the allowable test pressure of any equipment in the system.• Hydro test package reviews prior to testing and submitting to client for approval.• Good knowledge on Isometric drawing, Section Drawing TOP view and Front View etc.• Ability to coordinate with departments and complete projects.• Ability to interpret piping construction technical drawings.

• Attend technical meetings with consultant/client/contractor and weekly Quality Meeting and Weekly Progress Meeting regarding with PQP• Review spare parts operation & maintenance manuals of trades related to the discipline and ensure compliance with contract requirements.• Coordinated with Clients PID and make ensure that inspection is carried out smoothly.• Inspect all the Material receiving through Approved ITP or SATIP as per the company’s requirement• To check the internal cleaning of the pipes before fit-up.• Review on checking materials to be used in the fabrication shop.• Review As built drawing (PLUMBING) as per change design/revision line• Review for all Ducting piping and mechanical installation as per equipment installation check lists or SAIC and in accordance to project standard and specification and ITP , SATIP• Review for counter IFC drawing / designed plans before fabrication.• Checking dimensions of materials to ensure that they are in compliance with requirement on thickness of plates/pipes and Gauges • Monitor all the installation of Ducting and Piping as per the approved IFC drawing• Material Receiving Inspection of Critical materials like MFSD, VD , Air Stack ,AHU,ACCU, PAU,BDD,BPD, Air Terminal Devices etc. • Witness Light Test , Smoke test for Duct Leakage • Verify proper size, schedule of pipes, ratings of flanges, proper flange face and fittings, pipe-supports, hangers, guides are installed according to piping isometrics, support drawings and according to the required specifications.• Check flow direction of valves and confirmation of the piping system concurring with the flow diagram.• Surveillance to check the construction work and give some comments if necessary according to standard installation.• Ensure that pipe supports hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details.• Monitor the daily construction activities and ensure compliance with the project
