As the operations manager of Insha group Saudi Arabia, responsible for MEP operations.• Has involved in projects with both government and private sectors• King Saud university, Higher education fund, KACST, Al-Hokair group, Aramco Sadara etc. are some of the clients i have been actively involved with.Accountable to the Higher Management with respect to the group's Saudi operations overall performance• Leads the development and updating of the group annual strategic plan and budget• Takes an active role in the business development activities including sourcing of projects, negotiations and contract formation • Directly manages the construction project managers to meet revenue and profitability targets• Maintains good customer and business partner relations• Supervises the implementation of Insha group policies and procedures within the Saudi operations• Inputs on and resolves difficult technical issues• Allocates Project Managers to projects and oversees the preparation of proposals• Review and approves the project plans and baseline budgets • Monitor effective cost control of all project activities to ensure projects’ execution within production cost budgets• Organizes project wrap up meeting and shares the lessons learned at project completion• Identifies corrective actions required and follows up on their implementation with the concerned parties• Identifies and tracks KPI’s for the group, and devises plans and initiatives for operational improvements• Provides support for the professional development of direct staff
