Working as part of the consultant team and technical committee to supervise all the interior finishing and landscape and external activities going onsite, (including block work, plaster, painting, woodworks, ceilings works, façade work ,shop drawings revision and approval).[Porto Arabia, Viva Baharia, La plage villas, Bahri villas] (Client: UDC).• Develop and issue site quality plan• Implement quality assurance audit program at site• Effectively interprets multi-discipline engineering and quality requirements and provides technical guidance for inspection, testing, and quality services activities• Supervises and coordinates the work of the project quality support team who perform audits, inspections, surveillance and or testing activities in accordance with the project quality program• Assists the construction staff in preventing quality problems and ensures that deficiency observed during inspection is rectified immediately. • Provides training to site personnel regarding the implementation of the construction quality control program• Ensures that required quality records and documents are properly prepared, maintained and updated.• Coordinates with the construction team to initiate the timely analysis and resolution of the identified field discrepancies• Daily Inspection for all ongoing activities and received Materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, shop drawings, method statements and approvals.• Ensures all project required tests are performed correctly and on time and report to QA/QC Engineer for the results of all tests

Consultant Architecture Engineer: Working as the team leader of the architectural consultant team, with one of the best Japanese contractors (SHIMIZU). Responsible for all exterior and interior finishing's and landscape works going onsite, (including block work, plaster, painting, woodworks, ceilings works, etc) for the six towers of the Marina apartments project (Client : Nakheel).

 Architectural & Quality Control Engineer: Working as Project Supervision for this complex is the mandate of Cassia and Associates as lead consultant’s responsible for Architecture and Interior Design. And that by ensuring the following:1. High quality materials are used. 2. The materials are installed correctly. 3. That the quality of installation is up to the desired standard according to the client. 4. That the Engineers requirements are followed correctly. 5. The Architectural plans are followed correctly. 6. Any variations to the project are performed correctly.
