• Went on several ride-alongs with different officers for first-hand insight on what the job is like and how the law is enforced. This allowed me to see the inside of a standard police car which is fitted with gadgets.
• Learned how officers use conflict resolution to resolve sensitive situations between civilians. This really helped me with understanding the needs of others and trying to find a common ground by which everyone can abide.
