• Accountable for channel tracking, analyzing and ultimate achievement of internal distribution targets• Accountable for the quality of in-store execution within the Retail channel• Accountable for aligning Regional Managers with channel input and opportunities and sign-off all dates/changes he/she is recommending to be applied in the guidelines.• Contributes to the development of the in-store visibility guidelines • Cascades in-store visibility guidelines to the field force and drives the sales organization towards flawless execution in-market leveraging supervision tools, audit program and incentive program• Full ownership of the Coolers deployed in the market nationwide• Accountable for driving deployment if POB (Point of Buying) solutions within the channel in line with the guidelines (planogram, customer classifications, location and threshold).• Play a key Role in the development of permanent and temporary display solutions.• Sets and cascades the deployment targets to field team ans tracks actual deployment versus set targets.• Develop and ensure proper implementation of channel trade programs and trade terms.• Develop all required tools and process to ensure adherence (e.g. customers' participation tracking in the programs & customers signature on legal papers in case required).• Owns and ensures the execution of the channel trade calendar, integrate categories activities into channel calendar and ensure proper communication through a monthly trade letter and in-market implementation.

1. Operations:• Complete ownership of everything related to our Traditional Trade and Modern Trade distributors.• Enforce and monitor monthly KPIs• Leading human resource and infra-structure expansion according to the plan2. Sales Team Training:• Develop a yearly plan calendar for the sales organization• Customized training calendar by level (Sales reps, supervisors and Area Managers)3. Visibility:• Develop visibility programs to enhance brand equity and sales.• Lead on development and execution of tools.• Assessing and monitoring the performance of these programs.4. Interface with Marketing:• Coordinate with the marketing team across all new initiatives and projects, as sales team representative.• Own all analysis and requests from the marketing team in support of projects developments.

• Responsible for everything related to 21 Distributors across the country in the traditional trade Dry goods.• Responsible for assisting the distributor in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.• To assist the National Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.• To assist the National Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of client service with existing and new clients.• Working on an infrastructure plan for the coming three years for all our distributors.• Working on assessing the performance of the distributors every quarter using a detailed assessment tool.• Responsible for all the sales enhancing activities like trade deals, wholesale programs, distribution drives and sales force incentives throughout the year.

• Responsible for every single detail at 9 official Ahly stores inside Cairo and outside it.• Responsible for the hiring, training, and ongoing development of the staff.• Managing more than 40 staff members at the stores• Working with staff and associates to identify, establish, and pursue specific goals related to the profitability of the individual store.• Encourage the staff to succeed and make sure they’re always motivated, as well as offering guidance that helps to keep the store within the guidelines established by the corporate retailer.• Evaluating the performance of the staff on regular basis.• Sending daily and weekly reports about different aspects related to the stores.
