• Fixed Assets Lifecycle Management Project (FALM) is an Information Interoperability project aimed at the Digital Transformation of all processes across the Zain E2E Assets Lifecycle. I led the Technical Team in the project where we implemented a Digital Transformation journey that followed the best practices of TMForum (eTOM and SID) with some adaptations to fit the company context. This multidimensional project developed high-control assets and cost modelling that raised the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's ERP System, Warehouse Management System WMS, and Enterprise Information Interoperability.• The project mitigated and eliminated the classified Asset Management risks identified by external auditors.• Consolidated and merged more than 12 scattered control warehouses into one main warehouse with a secure and tied Warehouse Management System.• Elicited requirements, re-engineered, aligned, and automated the related asset's processes from the designing phase to the dismantling and end of the life.• I Designed the Architecture of FALM Software with Master Data Management (more than 15,000 classified Items) and Text Mining for automation asset cost extraction from BOQ.• Developed an Automatic Audit Module that reconciled physically verified assets with Active OSS Inventory, based on ETL of NW Inventory, Master Data Management and Resources Model.• Maximized the utilization of the Assets and resources, reduced the cost, and freed up capital.
