In this role, I handle inquiries, complaints, and transactions from customers through phone, email, and chat, using my strategic and interpersonal communication skills to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. I also collaborate with my team and other departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver excellent service. Previously, I worked as a relationship officer at Deem Finance, where I specialized in telesales of credit cards and loans, achieving a high conversion rate and customer feedback.
