Key Responsibilities:▪ Aid consumer & digital banking business stakeholders in constructing competitive Value at Stake (VAS), ROI, improved Cost to Serve & CustomerAcquisition models.▪ Current analysis activities cover mainly digital channels such as Internet, Mobile Banking, ATM, POS (Issuer), IVR, Mobile Money (P2P) / eWallet, and Public Website (Web CMS).
