I work directly with Leadership and the Sr. Business Analyst to provide process improvements and automated reporting. In this position, I continue to complete Workforce Analyst tasks, which my previous position entailed. Currently, I have been entrusted with the integration and automation of the Collections and Final Collections reporting processes, and move them under the Contact Center's standard for reporting, which will be completed by EoQ1 2018.

I work regularly with Leadership and provide answers based on data and forecasts to their simple and complex questions. I completed and maintain a day-to-day automated staffing analysis which compares our projected staff levels to our call arrival forecast and estimate our Service Level Objective (SLO/SLA) for each day in each department. As I worked in this position, I continued to automate and simplify processes within the Call Center including automated workbooks for the Union employees so that they can complete their Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual tasks at a fraction of the time they once did.

I specialized in CDMA and GSM Tier 1 Wireless Troubleshooting. working regularly with Tier 2 and IP Provisioning to provide wireless solutions for all of Alaska Communication's Mid-Major Businesses, Enterprise Clients, and Local and State Government Clients. I worked directly with Clients and their IT Departments to ensure they receive premium support for their services.I lead the development of processes documentation design when the purchase of the Alaska Communication's Business, Enterprise, and Government Wireless Departments moved to another company.
