Generated improved framework for MRI thermometry that more than doubled available SNR vs conventional sequence. Developed novel signal processing approach for resting-state fMRI, that is able to identify and remove physiological confounds without a priori measurements. Worked with others in studying and modeling HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) performance for brain applications.

Implemented a partially convex optimization scheme to determine ideal multi-frequency de-aliasing schemes given different hardware performance and specifications.
