• Develop and maintain relationships with Accounting and Finance professionals in the New York Metro Market.• Interview candidates to assess qualifications and determine suitable career opportunities.• Maintain an excellent technical understanding of the industries and roles for which the division recruits.• Analyze and respond to client hiring needs to deliver high-quality candidates promptly.• Oversee multiple candidates to ensure proper onboarding, handle confidential paperwork, and manage inquiries.

• Coach a caseload of students on college preparedness.• Develop interactive lessons that will assist youth in developing academic techniques: study skills, organization skills, and time management.• Coordinate and oversee regular building maintenance and repairs.• Manage and direct cleaning and security staff and activities.• Prepare and carry out emergency protocols and procedures.• Maintain a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets.• Conduct regular building inspections and preparing reports.• Ensure facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
