Provided HR Support to the Production organization at Norco Refinery and Chemical Plant. Experience working with a unionized client group. Participated in Labor Negotiations with United Steel Workers in 2015. Provided HR guidance to employees and leaders during the 2015 strike and helped plan a successful return to work when the strike ended.Led Diversity and Inclusion Initiative to increase the number of women in production leadership positions. Facilitated off site workshops for female operators to speak with female leaders in the organization and discuss the challenges they faced at work .

Provided HR support for HSSE and Quality Measurement Groups at Norco Refinery and Chemical Plant.
