Corporate Business Office (CBS) Systems Integrator. Supporting the CBS Front Office and Division managers with executive officer responsibilities to include support with briefings, management reports/data calls, and support various office management functions/duties for the group. Responsible for hardware inventory control and office space issues.DAVE Corporate Account Manager. Hired to manage specific customer accounts by providing proactive follow up to ensure customers understand how to use the Digital Audio Video Enterprise (DAVE) tools and services to support their missions. Provide capability briefings, training and floor support at the customer site. Provide targeted guidance via phone calls, emails, and customer site visits. Identify obstacles to USG customer use of DAVE. Relay feedback from customers and own observations on ways to enhance DAVE performance and functionality for consideration as future business requirements for DAVE development.Systems Integrator. Special assistant and SI to the Strategy & Programs (S&P) Executive Officer. Responsible for interfacing with different offices on a variety of tasks. Managed the S&P Corporate Board, scheduling and facilitating the meetings, coordinating and distributing the agenda, taking and distributing minutes and action items. Provided graphic support to S&P, the Office of Global Intelligence (OGI), Work Force Council, and Global Communications Services (GCS). Managed all S&P special events such as the Annual All Hands/St. Patrick’s Day Social, S&P Summer Picnic, S&P Oktoberfest, and S&P Holiday Social. Organized and provided support to S&P Offsites. Wrote reviews, newsletters and notices. Designated S&P Photographer. SharePoint content provider. Created an S&P Timeline Calendar depicting S&P Division deliverables throughout the fiscal year. Designed, created, and published a wide variety of brochures and programs in-house, saving S&P several thousands of dollars each year.
