I was responsible for streamlining Supply Chain activities as well as securing products and services to help support Operations in US and Canada. This includes contract negotiations (commercial), preparing and executing RFP/RFQ/RFI, audits, maintaining a collaborative relationships with our suppliers, and managing spend while upholding the utmost higher standards of quality. My main responsibilities were to support Drilling & Measurements, Completions, Integrated Project Management, and Cementing/Well Services. One of my main projects was the Supply Chain lead to implement an Accounts Payable outsourcing program with the Finance team.

I was responsible for recruiting for all personnel needs (engineers for research, new product development, design, and manufacturing) in our technology centers in US and Canada. In addition, I managed an internship program that consisted of over 100 students over the summer. Our goal is to recruit the best and brightest young talent to take Schlumberger to the next level of Excellence in Execution to maintain the status of the number one oilfield services company in the world.

Supported new product development engineers on sourcing strategies - tendering, product qualification, setting up BOM/costing structures for Manfufacturing, etc. for Wireline and Drilling/Measurement tools.

Responsible for all purchasing and planning activities for Wireline products in Manufacturing
