In a senior management capacity, I led comprehensive human resource management across a diverse human services organization. This role covered more than 30 programs, spanning multiple Colorado locations, and involved the oversight of 200 employees and 6,000 volunteers. Additionally, I served as a project consultant for operational and facilities initiatives and contributed as a committee member for the Human Resources Committee on a voluntary basis.
