Draft, review, and execute contracts that relate to real estate, vendor services, construction, events and inter-party agreements. Draft and review procurement documents. Collect and maintain student attendance information for Benjamin Banneker Charter Academy of Technology while meeting district, state and federal requirements relating to attendance including parent notification and preparing and distributing attendance reports.

Responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of the school's administration office through a range of administrative, clerical, and managerial tasks.

Responsible for contract review and administration, including reviewing contracts from legal perspective, Pricing Agreements, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Contract Amendments, and Carriers’ General Rate Increases (GRI). Also, maintain contract application and track all statuses of open items relating to contracts.
