Support of implementation of First Energy's Efficiency Programs. Assisted with commercial & industrial calls to complete rebate application forms for their energy projects. Verified documents before entered into the database for customers applications. Processed applications until their completion to be sent to First Energy for customers rebates.

Account manager for several national accounts. Worked closely with customers which included weekly meetings with follow up information regarding the status of HVAC service requests. Updated databases with ETA's and job status.
