Current responsibilities centre around the support and coordination of the CEO and Senior Leadership Team – this requires an in-depth understanding of the overall strategic direction of the business, and the ability to prioritise the team’s time and effectively facilitate at senior level.

Responsible for leading Zuto’s People Engagement strategy throughout a period of rapid growth and change. Following initial investment in 2014, the business’s annual turnover increased by 100% for 3 consecutive years, headcount rose from 130 to the 350+ currently employed and we undertook a full business rebrand. The remit was to keep people “on the journey” throughout this time. This was achieved through design & delivery of an Engagement strategy incorporating leadership development, reward & recognition, internal communications, CSR and talent management. In order to deliver against this strategy as well as manage business-as-usual HR and recruitment I hired and led a team of 7.
