Special projects: performed research to support a telephony system migration and upgrade throughout US retail banking locations for Wells Fargo -and- coordinated project research and provided final assessment for network perimeter services, and identified potential audit targets

While with Verizon Business (formerly MCI), I worked my way through several roles by consistently carrying an extremely demanding workload, demonstrating integrity, leadership, technical and motivational skill, and reliability. I began as an individual contributor, and was promoted to team lead in less than two years. I headed up groups which supported large bandwidth customer design requests, and network optimization/cost recovery and savings. I then went on to manage both of these teams, driving savings aggressively and pushing to use our network more efficiently. I completed my time with Verizon in a position created specifically for me where I was able to work remotely and continue to benefit the organization by managing unusual, highly visible, time sensitive projects.
