In 2016, she successfully completed a difficult rezoning and site plan approval process for a 2.8-acre site in Ballston, VA to allow for the development of The Waycroft, a 550,000 SF mixed-use, transit-oriented project on which she also served as Development Manager through its completion. In 2015, she completed the rezoning of a 14.5-acre retail site in Ashburn, VA and, similarly in 2013, the entitlements for a Hilton Homewood Suites hotel in Rosslyn, VA. In 2011, she completed the development management of Clarendon Center and Lyon Place Apartments – a $200M mixed-use project adjacent to the Clarendon Metro station in Arlington, VA.
