In collaboration with Annie George, created a social skills program to pilot with Harford County Parks & Recreation. This 11-week program introduces basic social skills and offers additional support and skill-building exercises so that time with peers can become more enjoyable and less anxiety-producing. Weekly topics: honesty, self-esteem, friendships, feelings, stress, anger management, conflict resolution, compromising, and bullying. While not disorder-driven, this program best supports boys and girls with Asperger’s, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders and brain injury, etc.

Planned and executed duties for annual event planning: community speaking opportunities, professional development, community fairs, specialists’ networking dinners, advocacy initiatives. Cultivated community network: including academia, specialists, service providers, nonprofits. Maintained community newsletter. Created educational communication products. Planned and executed advertising/public relations strategy. Executed communication with community using multi-strategy approach: print, email, social networking. Managed coach staff. Attended to needs of internal clientele: inquiries, triage, service concerns/challenges. Processed clientele invoices and organized expenditures for budget management.Special focus on Executive Functions and the Autism community

Developed and executed effective strategy for Baltimore County Public School music programs. Re-defined brand recognition in territory and cultivated positive, dependable reputation in the eyes of clientele and their peers; massaging disgruntled current accounts into strong loyal customers while networking new accounts and contacts. Translated and actualized company strategy for music directors and created innovative solutions to old-standing issues. Support Communication Directors and Vice President, Corporate Communications, in all communication activities for three corporate business units including external client print materials and planning/executing events.
