Spirit Gala Manager. 2/2013 - 4/2016The Spirit Gala weekend is Mercy’s largest annual fundraiser held on site. This is one of the school’s major revenue streams supporting its overall operating budget. • Directly involved in raising over $1.5 million dollars spanning 11 years (includes 2005-2016 while serving as Spirit Gala Coordinator.)• Managed the Spirit Gala budget.• Oversaw the production and editing of all promotional materials and as well as assisted with social media strategy and website placement.• Advisor to the Gala Finance Committee, directly responsible for securing over $300K (2013-2015) in corporate ads and sponsorships.• Organized subcommittees of volunteers in all phases of preparation and execution of the event, including acting as the liaison between these committees and the school’s administration • Managed more than 200 volunteers over the course of the two-day event• Managed all onsite logistics Advancement Services Manager 2/2008 – 4/2016• Coordinated and generated data for the Annual Report of Gifts• Contributing Editor to the semi-annual Alumnae News Magazine & Annual Report • Maintained scholarship lists, coordinated recipient and donor correspondence, and scheduled appointments between the President of the school and recipients’ families, as well as served as Administrative Assistant to the President and the Advancement Department. • Assisted the Director of Alumnae Relations with events including reunions, golf tournaments and local alumnae gatherings• Secured stationery and supplies for the Advancement office• Managed Raisers Edge Database including gift entry, creation of new constituent records, conversion of alumnae records and maintenance of existing records• Directly involved in increasing new alumnae donors by over 50% as well as identified new parent prospects for donor cultivation• Trained and managed Advancement Associate and Database Assistant

Managed the Auction Maestro Pro Database, which included data entry of all donations, corporate sponsorships, and weekly summary report generation Financial management including invoice payment approval, tracking donations Generated weekly financial reports, donation receipts and acknowledgement letters Collaborated with event co-chairs to determine event strategy, including theme, design of invitations and decorations Tracked corporate sponsors to facilitate recognition and ads in Gala program (booklet)
