Mary Beth also built and sold two consulting businesses in Europe and the U.S. and served as a senior consultant at two leading human performance improvement companies, ProGroup and Wilson Learning Worldwide. In 1998 Wilson Learning acquired the intercultural training company she co-founded in 1991, Transnational Strategies, Inc. Lamb co-authored the critically acclaimed book Do’s and Taboos Around the World for Women in Business, published by John Wiley & Sons and reissued in China.Before that, she spent more than seven years working throughout Europe and North Africa for European, U.S., Canadian and Australian global communications companies. Lamb pursued graduate studies in the U.S. and Germany, holds a degree in international communications and certificates in global leadership, globalization strategy, cultural competency, and conflict resolution management. For the last decade she has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business, where she specializes in global workforce development.
