I am the branch manager for the Nanty Glo location of PennCrest BANK where I do all lending to include, personal, mortgage and business lending. I partner with my underwriter to make your lending experience a smooth process. I am responsible for growing the office and the daily needs of the branch. My goal is to help my clients make money and save money while making their banking experience the best it can be and becoming their banker for life! We are a community bank serving the counties of Cambria, Blair and Indiana. I also am involved in community events and attend functions to promote the bank. I was the President of the Northern Cambria Rotary 2016-2017. I participated in the annual golf fundraiser for the rotary where we raise money and offer scholarships to local students. I am also the Secretary for the Northern Cambria Area Business Alliance. I also participate in the NCABA annual golf fund-raiser where the funds raised help the community. I started my banking career in 1981 working for my previous employer for 29 years. I currently manage two offices of AmeriServ Financial where BANKING FOR LIFE is our goal. My responsibilities include but are not limited to efficiently running two branches along with meeting clients. I am responsible to grow the branch deposits thru checking, savings and certificates of deposit along with referring to other lines of business and loan growth while maintaining a smooth running office. I handle all types of personal lending including home equity loans. My business partner and I work together, when meeting with a business client, to determine the best product or service to fit the clients needs. I belong to the Northern Cambria Rotary where I hole the President position and have been re- elected for a second term. I also belong to the Northern Cambria Area Business Alliance where I currently hold the Secretary's position. I have worked in the Johnstown and surrounding areas along with my current location Northern Cambria/Carrolltown areas of Cambria County. I pride myself in my lending skills where I devise a plan for my client to help them lower their monthly debt thru consolidation putting more money in their pocket each month. This is done by personal loans or home equity lines of credit. I make house calls to my personal and business clients offering that personal touch letting them know if they are unable to come to me then I will go to them. I assist in setting up presentations at various locations offering product knowledge from an expert whether it be Personal Banking by me or Business Banking, Merchant Services and Financial Services by another expert.
