Interviewed employees and students, reviewed extensive documentation, analyzed the information gathered under the appropriate policy and legal standards, wrote detailed reports, and made corrective-action recommendations to administrators.- Designed and delivered trainings to students, staff, supervisors, faculty, and administrators.- Interpreted employment policies, regulations, guidelines, legislation, and case law to ensure institutional compliance.
