Derry City & Strabane District Council are lead on the Catalyst Project for Tourism within the city's Regeneration Plan.Helped to secure the £30m Signature Project heritage investment in the Walled City. Successfully secured major EU funding streams for a variety of revenue projects including Rural Tourism, Heritage and Food Tourism. Led on the Foodie Destinations Ireland bid for Derry and Strabane Council, where we were runners up three years running. Leading Evening Economy Development to support town centre regeneration.

Securing project funding for a 3 year International Marketing Programme for National Museum's key sites at the Ulster Museum, The Ulster Folk & Transport, W5 Belfast and the Ulster American Folk Park. Development of NMNI's Marketing Strategy to target key consumer and trade segments in near source and long haul markets. The project won the CIM Tourism Marketing Awards; Northern Ireland Tourism Awards and the HSMAI International Marketing Awards.
