Position involves work on various projects such as project management for distribution site transformation in Germany, Process Mapping and Improvement for manufacturing company in Ireland and most recently delivering 5 days of training in Process Minimalism with a manufacturing and distribution company in Oxfordshire.

Working as a contract consultant at a Distribution Warehouse for a major food manufacturer. Assessed the processes and aligned with updated software system. Produced all documentation before working with team leaders and managers to implement new processes and train all staff.Implemented new KPIs and management systems to improve the through put.

A £7.5M UK based electronics contract manufacturing business, producing products for a range of customers from different market sectors including security, medical and broadcast equipment.• Introduced updated windows based business management system. Then assessed contractors and implemented plan of changes to improve the flow of production and increase the capacity in final assembly area for future business expansion.• Introduced new customer accounts into the business, working with customers to ensure complete understanding of their products and requirements and suppliers to get the best supply chain solution to meet the customer demands. The business specialises in global outsourcing of its clients’ supply chain operations, procurement and distribution of electronic components and supply chain management services that reduce cost and complexity, deliver improvement in service, profit and cash.• Analysed current spend on commodities, decide specification for standardisation and implement stocking policy to increase margin by 20% on generic commodity ranges.

• Involved in the buy out of a manufacturing plant, and developing strategy for this operation going forward. Included negotiations with exiting management and transfer of business into Delta Impact. Completed buy out in March 07.
