I have been at UAF for over 10 years and have been fortunate enough to be a part of many changes and improvements in that time. I was a project lead for the implementation of Enrollment Rx in 2016 (a Salesforce CRM solution for higher education recruiting and admissions), and am currently the lead Salesforce Administrator for the UA System. I act as a liaison between developers, management and end-users to ensure the system meets both current business needs and takes advantage of the capabilities Salesforce platform. As a System Administrator, I am responsible for facilitating process improvement and maintaining data integrity. I extract data from multiple student data systems, including Banner, to provide leadership with the information they need to make informed decisions. Show less
