I witness the struggles new providers experience due to a gap between counseling education and behavioral health business education. I am passionate about sharing the nonclinical expectations of the behavioral health business to set providers up for success and tackle burnout. I provide an annual workshop titled 'The Other Side of Behavioral Health Closing the Gap Between Clinical Knowledge and Business Knowledge' for Mental Health Counseling interns before graduation.
